Professional Learning

Co-Teach provides professional learning experiences designed to empower school leaders, family engagement specialists, and staff to foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion. Through small group and staff-wide learning sessions, and individual coaching, we equip educators with the knowledge and skills to implement equitable engagement strategies, strengthen family support, and improve teaching and learning for all.

Co-Teach provides tools and coaching to help schools set clear goals, execute strategic plans, and foster meaningful relationships between educators and families. We specialize in supporting schools as they address critical challenges, such as improving attendance, enhancing family engagement, and creating a positive school culture.

Support

Co-Teach provides workshops designed to empower families with the skills and strategies needed to build strong partnerships with educators and nurture their child's academic and holistic development. Through in-person, virtual, or through custom courses for your school or district's Family University, Co-Teach tailors its support to meet the unique needs of families and educators, ensuring impactful and accessible learning experiences.

Family Engagement Reflection Tool

The Family Engagement Reflection Tool provides comprehensive feedback regarding your school’s family engagement efforts by focusing on four areas: Conditions, Connection, Capacity Building, and Collaboration. Use these results to help you set goals and priorities, sync family engagement activities to strategic plans, and equip families and educators to collaboratively support the development and achievement of students.
